Experience 1 – A family meal that tastes of Umbria

A relaxing day including a truly wonderful, traditional cooking class, in a beautiful farmhouse home, in the quietness of the Umbrian countryside.
In this friendly, homely, and relaxed atmosphere, you will be taught how to prepare a typical meal according to delicious local recipes.

You will learn the basic skills necessary for an authentic Italian family meal. It will be an unforgettable experience that only a few foreigners ever get to try!

Experience 2 – Umbrian recipes with Medieval roots

If you would like to learn the secrets of pasta and home-made bread, make typical Umbrian dishes and try some recipes from Medieval cuisine, then the perfect experience for you is a  cooking experience to take place in a small country farmhouse-style restaurant.

Here the chef will start by spending some time outdoors with you teaching you to recognize and collect herbs and edible wild fruits. The meal that you produce will be typical of something that the chef would normally sell to passing customers but you will be glad that you can finish your experience by keeping it all for yourself.

Of course, your meal will be accompanied by the wine which the chef recommends to enhance the flavors that you have created. All at no extra cost.

Experience 3 – Cooking with a Michelin starred chef

Spend a day working alongside an Umbrian Michelin Starred chef: He knows his home territory intimately, with its rich agricultural traditions.

He will show you how to use these and express traditional gastronomy in a modern and creative way. He is currently working as a consultant for the “Il Milione” restaurant in Hong Kong but you will have the unique opportunity to catch him at his small, stylish restaurant.
